Cameron Clark (b.2001) is an interdisciplinary artist and curator based in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Her artwork implements traditionally feminine materials and symbols through a shifting lens of humor and earnestness. She works with found textiles and objects with associations to kitsch to call to themes girlhood and sexuality that is encoded to women's bodies by men.
Clark received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting and Drawing from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She has also received the Exhibitions Fellowship from Stove Works, and has shown work in several galleries in Chattanooga Tennessee, including Tangerine Gallery, The Apothecary, Stove Works, and the Institute of Contemporary Art in Chattanooga.
